2010 Auckland International Boat Show TV Draw

• The promotion starts on Wednesday 10 March 2010 and continues until Sunday 14 March 2010 (Promotion Period)
• The promotion is run by Coastguard Northern Region (CNR).
• To be eligible to win, entrants must answer at least one of the questions on the entry form. 
• No purchase is necessary to win this draw.
• The Prize winner will be chosen within 3 working days of the end of the promotion period.
• The Winner will be notified by phone call and email at the time of the draw.
• The winner must provide proof of identity to claim the prize
• The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
• If the specified prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, CNR may substitute another prize of similar or equal value.
• Coastguard Northern Region is not responsible for defective prizes or the misuse of a claimed prize.
• If the winner does not reply within 5 working days, CNR reserves the right to offer the prize to the next entrant whose entry meets the criteria or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
• Employees of CNR and their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win.
• By participating in this competition, all winners grant CNR exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with this promotion and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
• The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All personal details provided to participate in this promotion will be held by Coastguard for the purpose of this promotion and entries may be used by CNR for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.
