Catch a Top Day Out

The Rotary Club of Pakuranga has for over 16 years, run a Charity Fishing Competition with the proceeds going to Coastguard.

“Catch a Top Day Out” will be held on Thursday 11 February 2010. The club arranges for small groups of corporate guests to go out on a launch fishing in the inner Hauraki Gulf. Each boat is supplied with fish bait, lunch and refreshments, with the day finishing in the evening with a meal on Motuihe Island and prize giving.

Join an estimated 400 participants and catch a top day out with your opportunity to experience the best of the Hauraki Gulf for both yourself and your invited guests. You'll enjoy a fully catered days fishing and bountiful fellowship with other guests.

The club is looking for both more launch owners who would be interested in making their boat available for this fun and memorable fundraising event as well as companies who would be interested in supporting this great event and purchasing tickets.
